The service that I got yesterday just for a pink slip that was truly professional.Did not have to wait long in the waiting area for my pink slip to be done. The young guy in the office was very friendly and so very helpful. I will definitely be back if my car ever needs fixing for anything. I will most be definitely recommending Nova Mechanics to my family and friends for them to get their cars fixed their anytime.🙂🙂

I had a check engine light that came on a Sunday. Monday morning I went to Newcastle BMW who was not interested to help. I went to Nova Auto. Within 15 minutes they had scanned, diagnosed and cleared the fault. Very professional and helpful.

Had a door locking issue. Took my van to a few places before I went to Nova guys. The others were looking at ordering a new part and labour and other costs. I didn’t even hear back from them. The Nova guys took a look at the issue and fixed it in 5 minutes and no charge. Felt like honest people so taking my van to them for regular servicing from now onwards.

I have a Corolla I purchased recently and wanted to get the aircon fixed/re gassed. I brought it in and he explained the process of what he was going to do, how long it was going to take, the price and when to grab it. Unfortunately my car had a leak somewhere so the aircon ran out in 2 days. I brought my car back 4+ times over the last month and a half and he filled the car up every time with ac gas and troubleshooted until he found out what the problem was. He figured out what the problem was and re gassed it and now my ac is nice and cold with no leak. He was always polite and not pissed off at me or the car and had lots of patience. On top of that I also got my car serviced their couple months back and they were fantastic. Great Mechanics, friendly people. 5 stars.
